Early Childhood Services - Programs for Children & Families

Early Childhood Services provides parents, caregivers and their children 0-5 years with support to ensure children come to school ready to learn, and to connect caregivers with resources to help their children develop and fulfill their potential.  An organic harmony of Parent Link Centre Services, Triple P Positive Parenting Program, Ages & Stages Developmental Screening and strong community partnerships encompass all milestones within the period of 0-5 years, providing a one-stop-shop for young families.

Optimal early childhood development begins with the primary caregiver. Providing the family unit with development-enhancing activities and strategies within early learning programs provides a strong, life-long foundation and ensures children are prepared for school and will be less likely to access social supports later on in life.

Connecting caregivers with information about community services, referrals, and meeting other families while taking part in early learning programs increases individual support networks and fosters optimal child development and growth.

Programs and services are available at no charge to all families within Chestermere and South East Rocky View communities.
