Kidz 1st Network Parent Link Centre


Early Childhood Services provides parents, caregivers and their children 0-5 years with support to ensure children come to school ready to learn, and to connect caregivers with resources to help their children develop and fulfill their potential.  Parent Link Centre Serives are available at no charge to all families within Chestermere & South East Rockyview communities.

Our Centre Offers 


  • A fully furnished playroom, featuring programs which enhance Early Childhood Development through play
  • Children's lending library
  • Developmental screening
  • Family support services such as information, referrals and child care registry         
  • Parent support groups and programs with Triple P trained staff
  • Full-time staff
  • Parent resource library
  • Programs for young children to learn and play
  • Space for networking and workshops
  • Toy and clothing exchanges
  • Opportunities for caregivers to connect and share with others

Registered Programs
Early childhood programs are designed with the whole child in mind, are diverse, and reflect best practices according to current brain and development research.

Notes about Registration:
  • Programs are free
  • Registration for classes will be prioritized to children who have not previously attended the program. 
  • Once programs are full, a wait list will be created and families will be notified as spaces become available. 
  •  Due to the popularity of our programs, there will be a wait time to process your registration.
