NEW HOURS as of January 2012
NEW Town Hall Operating Hours – Effective January 2012
- Effective January 1, 2012, the hours of operation for the Town of Chestermere Administration building will be 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday and closed on all statutory holidays.
- This will be for a six-month trial period, at which time Council will review and make a decision based on resident use whether to stay with new hours or return to the previous operation schedule.
The Town Office is open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
We are also open over the lunch hour for your convenience.
The office is closed for statutory holidays.
Please check the Town calendar for any special events, holidays, variance of hours or notices of closure.
To drop off envelopes/payments after-hours, please use the secure mail slot which is located at the south entrance of the Municipal Building.
Public Works Yard Hours of Operation
- The public works yard is open during the week (Monday to Friday) from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. for residents to bring in their recyclables, grass clippings, leaves and branches.
- The yard is open on weekends (Saturday, Sunday & Statutory Holidays) from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- The site will not be open on Christmas Day or New Years Day.
