Commissioner for Oaths

This is a service provided at no cost for the convenience of residents. If at any time the Commissioners for Oaths are unsure of the documentation provided or are uncomfortable with administering the oath, the Town reserves the right to refuse this service.

Fire Department and Rescue

The Town of Chestermere has a Fire Department that consists of four Captains, eight full-time firefighters and a number of paid on-call firefighters. The Fire Hall is located at 156 East Chestermere Drive. The phone number for non-emergency calls is 403-272-9878 or 403-478-8077.

Ambulance Services

The Town of Chestermere is serviced by the City of Calgary Emergency Services under contract with the city. Approximate response time to Chestermere is 12 minutes.

Chestermere RCMP

The Town of Chestermere has its own RCMP detachment that currently has twelve positions funded jointly by the Town of Chestermere and the Federal Government.
