Town Council Minutes & Agendas
COUNCIL MEETINGS
Agendas for regular meetings of council are available on the Thursday prior to meeting, either online or hard copies at the reception of Town Hall.
It is required that final approval and signatures on Council Minutes must be provided prior to posting on the website. At each council meeting, the minutes from the prior meeting are approved or amendments are made. Once the changes have been made and the minutes have been signed, they are then released as a matter of public record.
Regular Council meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month (unless a statutory holiday falls on said Monday, then meeting will be moved to Tuesday).
