Municipal Services

The Town of Chestermere provides Municipal Services for all residents of the Town.

Commissioner for Oaths

This is a service provided at no cost for the convenience of residents. If at any time the Commissioners for Oaths are unsure of the documentation provided or are uncomfortable with administering the oath, the Town reserves the right to refuse this service.
Please note, any paperwork that is for the purpose of leaving the Province of Alberta will NOT be commissioned by any town staff.

Fire Services

Call 911 if it is an emergency.
Firefighting Services are provided by the Chestermere Fire Services Department.
Station 59 employs four Captains, four full-time firefighters and a number of paid on-call firefighters.
The Fire Hall is located at 156 East Chestermere Drive.

Chestermere RCMP

The Town of Chestermere has its own RCMP detachment that currently has 16 positions funded jointly by the Town of Chestermere and the Federal Government.
