The Town of Chestermere hosts an ambulance in the Fire Hall but the ambulance does not serve Chestermere exclusively. Call 9-1-1 for emergency assistance.

The Town of Chestermere has its own detachment that currently has 15 positions funded jointly by the Town of Chestermere and the Federal Government.
