The Town office will not be open on Saturday, July 31st.

Tax payments dated July 31st can be deposited in the secure drop box at the south entrance of the town office and will be accepted for that date.

  • The Town of Chestermere is moving ahead with plans to form a Municipal Utility Corporation. Chestermere Utilities Incorporated (CUI) will be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Town and will provide safe and efficient water and wastewater services to Chestermere residents and businesses.

Public Works Yard Weekend Hours

  • The yard is open Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. We are closed on statutory holidays.
  • April 1 – November 15, the yard is open on weekends from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. for grass clippings, leaves and branches and recycling of electronics and paint.

Street Sweeping

  • Annual street sweeping will begin May 3rd and will progress through the numbered zones that are detailed on the map, starting at 1 and ending at 8. Signs will be placed in areas for sweeping the week prior to commencement. Please ensure all vehicles are removed from the roadways to assist the operators cleaning the streets.
