COVID-19 Health Resources

To protect yourself and others:

Quarantine/self-isolate if you:

  • recently returned from travel outside of Canada
  • have a cough, fever, fatigue and/or difficulty breathing
  • are a close contact of someone who has tested positive for COVID-19
  • have been asked by a health care professional for another reason

Monitor your symptoms: If you have symptoms, like a dry cough, fever, fatigue or difficulty breathing: stay home - do not go to an ER or clinic, take the COVID-19 self-assessment, call Health Link 811 for instructions and testing
