Would you like to complete a developmental check-up for your child? We recommend that parents fill out an Ages & Stages Questionnaire every 4-6 months, depending on their developmental progress. Click here to complete a free, online Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ-3 & ASQ-SE2).
