If you want a response to your complaint, you must include the following information:

• A description of the complaint / event including dates, times, and the nature of your concern
• Address
• Full name
• Phone Number

Complaint Response Requirements

• A Peace Officer will be assigned to your complaint and determine appropriate action.
• Complaints are responded to on a priority basis.
• Peace Officers will not respond to anonymous complaints.
