Vendor Application

Sign up as a vendor for our artisan market at this year’s events!

Vendor Criteria:
  • Must be selling a product i.e. jewelry, honey, sunglasses, henna art etc.
  • Should be related to the festival theme/time of year.
  • Can be a Chestermere not-for-profit organizations (booth is free of charge).
  • Local businesses wishing to have a booth must provide an interactive service to guests (i.e. hair braiding, kids games etc.)                      Please note a limited number of booths available.
  • Please note that vendor applications will be reviewed to meet festival criteria (at the discretion of the Event Coordinator).
For other services wishing to promote their business, please contact the Event Coordinator.

Exhibitors Rules & Regulations:
  • Artisan and Vendor Markets typically open at 11:00 am and close at 4:00 pm.
  • Load-In and Set-Up starts at 8:30 am.
  • Parking will be limited to one vehicle in the market area, parking passes will be issued for exhibitor's vehicles. Vehicles with parking passes only will have access to park in specified market areas (i.e.: John Peake Park).
  • Only registered exhibitors are authorized to display at Chestermere Artisan and Vendor Markets.
  • For outdoor events, please plan accordingly. Exhibitors must be totally self-contained (water, power, tenting & tables).
  • All food vendors will be required to complete and have submitted appropriate CRHA forms before the deadline.
  • This is a family event. Immediate removal will be enforced if there are any inappropriate behaviour (such as profanity, intoxication, intimidation, or offensive/lewd conduct) towards participants, water festival staff and/or volunteers.
  • Participation in Chestermere Artisan and Vendor Markets which is hereby acknowledged releases the City of Chestermere and their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers claims and demands, whether expressed or implied for damages, indemnity, costs, interest, loss or injury of every nature arising which may have had, may now have, or may hereinafter have in any way relating to injuries or damages suffered bodily or to property as a result of participation in the Market.
