Tax Assessments were mailed to Chestermere property owners in March. 

If you have questions or concerns about your assessment, be sure to connect with the assessors before the assessment appeal deadline on May 25. Contact Accurate Assessment Group at 1-877-438-2305 or email bob@aag-gis.com to discuss your concerns.

If you do not agree with the assessor’s explanation or calculation, you have the right to file a formal complaint no later than 60 days from the mailing of the assessment notice. Please note that, for your form to be accepted, the $50 appeal fee must be submitted with the complaint form.
