The following Development Permit(s) have been approved in accordance with the City of Chestermere Land Use Bylaw 022-10, as amended:
1. DP# 21-8160
116 West Creek Landing – Lot 9, Block 12, Plan 041 0396
A variance of 0.16m for southeast corner of the principal building encroaching into the required side yard setback of 1.5m.
2. DP# 21-53427
323 Kinniburgh Place – Lot 6, Block 13, Plan 1812008
- A variance of 0.89m for west side yard and 0.84m for east side yard of the proposed principal building encroaching into the minimum required side yards of 2.40m.
- A variance of 0.43m for rear yard of proposed principal building encroaching into the minimum required rear yard of 6.50m
Any person deemed to be affected by the above approval(s) may choose to appeal this decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Any appeal must be in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and forwarded to the City of Chestermere along with the required fee of $200.00 within 21 days from the date of this publication (published July 5).
