Development Permits

The following Development Permit(s) have been approved in accordance with the City of Chestermere Land Use Bylaw 022-10, as amended:

1. DP# 21-5032

133 Springmere Place – Lot 17, Block 1, Plan 991 3393

A variance of 0.6m for southwest side of the driveway extension (existing)  encroaching into the required side yard setback of 0.6m.

 

2. DP# 21-3104

142 West Lakeview Passage – Lot 1, Block 7, Plan 991 0026

A variance of 0.45m for existing air conditioning unit located on the north side of property  encroaching into the required side yard setback of 1.0m.

 

3. DP# 21-1714

88 Lakeview Cove – Lot 6, Block 2, Plan 971 2607

A variance of 0.34m for existing air conditioning unit located on the south side of property  encroaching into the required side yard setback of 1.0m.

 

4. DP# 21-54297

28 Waterford Heights – Lot 8, Block 2, Plan 211 0528

  1. A variance of 1.06m for the deck stairs located on the west side of the property  encroaching into the required rear yard setback of 4.0m.
  2. Discretionary Use - Secondary Suite.

 

5. DP# 21-54329/2

61 Waterford Road – Lot 18, Block 2, Plan 211 0528

A variance of 1.49m for the deck stairs located on the north side of the property  encroaching into the required rear yard setback of 4.0m.

 

6. DP# 21-20000

103 East Lakeview Court – Lot 1, Block 2, Plan 051 0077

  1. A variance of 0.27m for existing air conditioning unit located on the east side of the property  encroaching into the required side yard setback of 1.0m.
  2. A variance of 0.41m for existing wood deck located on the southwest side of the property  encroaching into the required rear yard setback of 4.0m.

 

7. DP# 20-53693

165 Chelsea Drive – Lot 17, Block 3, Plan 201 0045

A variance for increasing lot coverage for detached garage.


Any person deemed to be affected by the above approval(s) may choose to appeal this decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Any appeal must be in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and forwarded to the City of Chestermere along with the required fee of $200.00 within 21 days from the date of this publication (published July 12).
