Development Permits

The following Development Permit(s) have been approved in accordance with the City of Chestermere Land Use Bylaw 022-10, as amended:

1. DP# 21-53539

225 Marina Key – Lot 24, Block 2, Plan 191 0205

A variance of 0.22m for existing driveway located on the northeast side of the property encroaching into the required minimum 1.0m distance between light post.


2. DP# 21-54299

24 Waterford Heights – Lot 9, Block 2, Plan 211 0528

Secondary Suite with proposed new house.


3. DP# 21-53795/2

537 West Lakeview Drive – Lot 28, Block 3, Plan 191 2378

A variance for increasing lot coverage for a detached garage.


4. DP# 21-15207

208 Seagreen Way – Lot 23, Block 16, Plan 081 3632

A rear yard variance of 0.55m and lot coverage variance of 0.86% for proposed rear yard deck sun roof.

Any person deemed to be affected by the above approval(s) may choose to appeal this decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Any appeal must be in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and forwarded to the City of Chestermere along with the required fee of $200.00 within 21 days from the date of this publication (published October 4).
