468 West Lakeview Drive – Lot 4, Block 9, Plan 191 2378
A variance of 0.30m for exiting detached garage located on the south side of the property encroaching into the required rear yard setback of 1.50m.
2. DP# 21-53748/2
444 West Lakeview Drive – Lot 10, Block 9, Plan 191 2378
A variance of 0.35m for exiting detached garage located on the south side of the property encroaching into the required rear yard setback of 1.50m.
3. DP# 21-53419/2
139 Kinniburgh Crescent – Lot 10, Block 10, Plan 181 2008
A variance of 0.05m for an existing deck located on the east side of the principal building encroaching into the required rear yard setback of 4.5m.
Any person deemed to be affected by the above approval(s) may choose to appeal this decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Any appeal must be in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and forwarded to the City of Chestermere along with the required fee of $200.00 within 21 days from the date of this publication (published October 18).
