A variance of 0.43m for existing air conditioning unit located on the southeast side of the property encroaching into the required side yard setback of 1.0m.
2. DP# 21-5054

- A variance of 0.60m for existing asphalt driveway located on the west side of the property encroaching into the required side yard setback of 0.60m.
- A variance of 0.34m for existing vinyl shed (3.05 x 3.66) located on the south corner of the property encroaching into the required side yard setback of 0.60m including eaves and 0.95m encroaching into the required rear yard setback of 1.50m.

Any person deemed to be affected by the above approval(s) may choose to appeal this decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Any appeal must be in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and forwarded to the City of Chestermere along with the required fee of $200.00 within 21 days from the date of this publication (published November 1).
