An appeal by the applicant/landowner against the Development Officer’s decision to refuse an application for Discretionary Use – Front Yard / Side Yard Retaining Wall Greater than 1.2m in Height.
Any persons wishing to present a written submission to the Board concerning the above appeal should submit it to the Secretary of the Board through cjackson@chestermere.ca before 4:00 p.m. December 14th, 2021. The Board will not review submissions prior to the hearing.
