The following Development Permit(s) have been approved in accordance with the City of Chestermere Land Use Bylaw 022-10, as amended:
1. DP# 22-7322
240 Windermere Drive – Lot 98, Block 6, Plan 041 4484
- A variance of 0.25m for existing detached covered area located on the west side of the principal building encroaching into the required side yard setback of 0.6m including eaves.
- A variance of 0.58m for existing driveway extension located on the northwest side of the property encroaching into the required side yard setback of 0.6m.
2. DP# 22-7575
249 Hawkmere Close – Lot 38, Block 27, Plan 051 4241
Variance of 0.3m for existing deck/stair located on the west side of the property encroaching into the minimum required side yard setback of 1.5m.
Any person deemed to be affected by the above approval(s) may choose to appeal this decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Any appeal must be in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and forwarded to the City of Chestermere along with the required fee of $200.00 within 21 days from the date of this publication (published March 14).
