The following Development Permit(s) have been approved in accordance with the City of Chestermere Land Use Bylaw 022-10, as amended:

893 West Chestermere Drive – Lot 26, Block 2, Plan 921 1235

Discretionary Use – Detached Garage (53.51sq.m) located on the west side of the property.


2. DP# 22-8521

121 Springmere Grove – Lot 34, Block / , Plan 071 2639

A variance of 0.5m for a deck extension located on the southwest side of the property encroaching into the required rear yard setback of 4.0m.


3.   DP# 22-53118

109 Kinniburgh Cove – Lot 56, Block 10, Plan 161 0322

A variance of 1.5m for an existing wood landing (1.05m high) with stairs located on the west side of the property wholly encroaching into the required side yard setback of 1.5m.

A variance of 1.06m (side) & 0.54m (rear) for existing wood deck (0.8m high) with stairs located on the northwest side of the property encroaching into the required side yard setback of 1.5m and rear yard setback of 4.0m.

Discretionary Use – Gazebo (13.38 sq.m) located on the southeast side of the property.


7.   DP# 22-52191

Discretionary Use – Secondary Suite


Any person deemed to be affected by the above approval(s) may choose to appeal this decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Any appeal must be in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and forwarded to the City of Chestermere along with the required fee of $200.00 within 21 days from the date of this publication (published April 11).
