The following Development Permit(s) have been approved in accordance with the City of Chestermere Land Use Bylaw 022-10, as amended:
- DP# 22-54466 270 South Shore Drive – Lot 1, Block 7, Plan 211 1303 Low Rise Multi-Unit Residential (Permitted Use; Townhouse, Stacked) with the following variances : Variances to reduce the minimum number of parking stalls required.
- DP# 22-60770 243048 Rainbow Road – Lot 11, Block 9812415 Discretionary Use – Accessory Building Addition with 0.90m Height Variance (66.89 square meters/6.40 meter height)
Any person deemed to be affected by the above approval(s) may choose to appeal this decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Any appeal must be in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and forwarded to the City of Chestermere along with the required fee of $200.00 within 21 days from the date of this publication (published April 25).
