A variance of 0.44m for the fences located on the both left side and right side of the property exceeding the maximum height allowable of 2.0m.
2. DP# 22-53914/2
44 Dawson Harbour Villas – Lot 11, Block 3, Plan 191 2378
A variance of 0.44m for existing air conditioning unit located on the east side of the property encroaching into the required side yard setback of 1.0m.
3. DP# 22-15154
268 Seagreen Way – Lot 8, Block 16, Plan 081 3632
A variance of 0.2m for existing air conditioning unit located on the north side of the property encroaching into the required side yard setback of 1.0m.
Any person deemed to be affected by the above approval(s) may choose to appeal this decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Any appeal must be in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and forwarded to the City of Chestermere along with the required fee of $200.00 within 21 days from the date of this publication.
