Take notice that a Subdivision & Development Appeal Board Hearing will be held on WEDNESDAY, November 16^th, 2022 AT 6:00 P.M. IN CITY OF CHESTERMERE COUNCIL CHAMBERS to hear the following Appeal:

An appeal by a Chestermere resident against the Development Officer’s decision to approve an application for Discretionary Use – McDonald’s Restaurant Illuminated and Non-Illuminated Site Related Signage.

Any persons wishing to present a written submission to the Board concerning the above appeal should submit it to the Secretary of the Board through shaidey@chestermere.ca before 4:00 p.m. November 16^th, 2022.  The Board will not review submissions prior to the hearing.                          

Under the Municipal Government Act Section 686 (4), interested parties may view the Appeal file at the City Office during regular office hours.  Further information regarding the Appeal will only be provided upon request.
