Located The following Development Permit(s) have been approved in accordance with the City of Chestermere Land Use Bylaw 022-10, as amended:


1. DP# 23-5780

128 Springmere Drive – Lot 15, Block 8, Plan 0213643

Discretionary Use – Major Home Business Renewal – Heaven’s Edge Photography.


2. DP# 23-218/2

425 East Chestermere Drive – Lot 33, Block 7, Plan 2210216

  1. Discretionary Use – Secondary Suite.
  2. A variance of 1.5m for the portion of the eaves located on the northwest corner of the new addition encroaching into the required rear yard setback of 5.4m.



Any person deemed to be affected by the above approval(s) may choose to appeal this decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Any appeal must be in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and forwarded to the City of Chestermere along with the required fee of $200.00 within 21 days from the date of this publicationFurther information regarding the above-mentioned approval(s) may be obtained by contacting our office at 403-207-7075 during regular business hours.
