Locational Context:
This bylaw proposes the land use amendment of two blocks from Residential Planned Lot Rear-Lane (R-1PRL) to Residential Planned Lot Front-Drive (R-1PFD) and a reconfiguration of a Municipal Reserve (MR) lot in Dawson’s Landing Phases 6 and 7. Due to previous Land Use Bylaw amendments, including the addition of two planned lot districts, two Residential Planned Lot Rear-Lane (R-1PRL) blocks must be redesignated to Residential Planned Lot Front-Drive (R-1PFD) as these blocks do not have a proposed rear lane. Additionally, a reconfiguration of a Municipal Reserve (MR) lot is required to allow for adequate abandoned well setback requirements.
The proposed land use amendments to Dawson’s Landing Phases 6 and 7 include:
- Redesignation of two blocks of Residential Planned Lot Rear-Lane District (R-1PRL) to Residential Planned Lot Front-Drive District (R-1PFD).
- Reconfiguration of a Municipal Reserve (MR) parcel to accommodate adequate abandoned well setback requirements.
