Council often schedules Public Hearings for new/changed bylaws, resolutions and other matters that may concern the public. To submit your opinions for any scheduled public hearing, please fill out the below form and indicate which proposed bylaw you are addressing and if you are in favour or opposition. Your full name, address, phone number and email are required to complete the form and validate your submission All valid submissions will be recorded for the public record.

Individuals who have registered to make verbal representation at a Public Hearing will be contacted by a member of staff via phone call during the appropriate Public Hearing to make their representation. Please be available by your phone in anticipation of this call. The Mayor will address you to speak once you are on the line. Individuals will have a maximum of 5 minutes to make their representation.
