Submit your event or program to the Community Events Calendar

  1. Submit your information to be displayed on our community event calendar.

    The City of Chestermere will post community events and programs that are open to the whole community. The event calendar can be found at chestermere.ca/calendar.

    Large events and festivals on City property may need additional permits from the City and Alberta Health Services. Click here to learn more about hosting an event in Chestermere.

  2. Event Guidlines:

    To post an event on the community event calendar, the event must be open to Chestermere residents and located in Chestermere. To ensure the event is posted, please provide 1 week submission notice.

  3. Please include the full physical address if available. 

  4. If there is more than one date, please include the full range of dates and specify the end date. i.e.: Thursdays from March 1 to September 30.

  5. Please include start and end times, i.e.: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

  6. Authorization*

  7. Inclusion in Chestermere Community Guide

    The City publishes a printed quarterly community guide. If your event qualifies and is submitted in time for the next publication, would you like it included for consideration in the next issue? NOTE: selecting 'Yes' does not guarantee that your event will be printed.
